Day 01
Arrival in Cologne

  • Arrival: Arrive at Cologne Airport, complete immigration formalities and baggage claim.
  • Meet & Greet: Meet our representative at the Arrival Hall (details will be shared 3 days prior to arrival) for transfer to the hotel via coach/shuttle.
  • Hotel Check-In: Check into the hotel in the afternoon (around 3 PM). Take some time to freshen up or rest.
  • Evening: Embark on a city tour of Cologne. Suggested famous places to visit:
    • Cologne Cathedral (Kölner Dom): A UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the most iconic landmarks in Cologne.
    • Old Town (Altstadt): Explore the historic district with its charming traditional buildings and cobblestone streets.
    • Hohenzollern Bridge: Walk along the bridge and see the famous love locks.

  • The inclusion of extra bed / Person with a booking is facilitated with a mattress on the floor as an extra bed / person.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel .
  • Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in to the hotel and in that case hotel will not refund any money .
  • According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hotel.
  • The ID Proof can be Drivering License, Voters ID Card, Passport and Aadhar Card (Pan Card is not valid as ID Proof) .
  • Foreigners/NRI are requested to produce the Passport & valid Visa as Id proof on the time of check-in.
  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 07 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
