- The inclusion of extra bed / Person with a booking is facilitated with a mattress on the floor as an extra bed / person.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel .
- Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in to the hotel and in that case hotel will not refund any money .
- According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hotel.
- The ID Proof can be Drivering License, Voters ID Card, Passport and Aadhar Card (Pan Card is not valid as ID Proof) .
- Foreigners/NRI are requested to produce the Passport & valid Visa as Id proof on the time of check-in.
- Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
- In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
- We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
- The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
- 100% advance to be paid at the time of booking.
- In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the Hotel policies
- 30% of the total amount if canceled before 30 days of scheduled arrival.
- 50% of total amount if canceled before 15 days(but less than 30 Days) scheduled arrival.
- Less than 15 days or No Shows – NO Refund.
- After Check-in to resort if any cancellation for same day or next day guests has to pay the full amount as per the current tariff.
- No refund will be provided on booking of extra beds if canceled individually.
- We will make cancellation deduction on our 100% room tariffs.
- Change in Name and/or check-in/check-out date, or category of bhunga will be treated as the cancellation.
After Confirm your booking if you are making Cancellation by Any Reason, We have to Strictly follow our Cancellation Policy in any case as this is a seasonable Resort. Please do not make any special request to consider as a special case.
