Arab Health 2026, now rebranded as the World Health Expo Dubai, will take place from February 9–12, 2026,  venues: Dubai Exhibition Centre. Day 01
Arrival in Dubai

  • Arrive at Dubai International Airport, complete immigration formalities, and collect your baggage.
  • Meet our representative at the arrival hall and proceed by shuttle transfer to the hotel for check-in.
  • Guests arriving in the morning hours can proceed to the Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC) to attend the opening day of Arab Health 2026 (WHX) and explore the exhibition halls.
  • After the exhibition visit, return to the hotel by shuttle as per the fixed schedule.
  • Lunch: At own arrangement 
  • Guests arriving in the afternoon or evening may check in and spend the rest of the day at leisure or explore nearby areas on their own.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Expo Visit & Half-Day City Tour

  • Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.
  • Any additional meals that are not mentioned in the Inclusions column.

  • In case of non-availability of the mentioned hotels, similar kind/quality of hotels will be provided, which can change the above package cost. or shell be refund the amount.
  • 100 % advance shall have to be paid before departure.
  • The inclusion of extra bed / Person with a booking is facilitated with a mattress on the floor as an extra bed / person.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel .
  • Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in to the hotel and in that case hotel will not refund any money .
  • According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hotel.
  • The ID Proof can be Drivering License, Voters ID Card, Passport and Aadhar Card (Pan Card is not valid as ID Proof) .
  • Foreigners/NRI are requested to produce the Passport & valid Visa as Id proof on the time of check-in.
  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 07 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment or May Vary By Hotel Policy in which rooms are booked.

  • Please note that if we have process any bookings without GSTIN Details of the company, we shall not liable for any kind of discrepancy for the Tax Invoices and all bookings will be treated as without GSTIN details only.
  • 100% Cancellation Charges, if cancelled within 7 days from the check-in date
  • 50% Cancellation charges, if cancelled within 10 days from the check-in date
  • 25% Cancellation charges, if cancelled within 15 days from the check-in date
  • 15% Cancellation charges, if cancelled in more than 15 days from the check-in date
