Full Day at Trade Fair

Trade Fair Visit

Post breakfast, proceed for the final day at K 2025. Utilize this day to wrap up your business interactions, gather brochures, finalize connections, and attend any last scheduled presentations. Day 05
Trade Fair Visit and Half Day City Tour

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed once again to the K 2025 Trade Fair for any remaining business meetings or final walkthroughs. Lunch will be at your own expense at the venue. Continue exploring the expo until closing.
Later in the afternoon, enjoy a half-day city tour covering iconic attractions such as Altstadt (Old Town), Rhine Promenade, Königsallee, and MedienHafen.
In the evening, return to the hotel and enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel .
  • Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in to the hotel and in that case hotel will not refund any money .
  • According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hotel.
  • The ID Proof can be Drivering License, Voters ID Card, Passport and Aadhar Card (Pan Card is not valid as ID Proof) .
  • Foreigners/NRI are requested to produce the Passport & valid Visa as Id proof on the time of check-in.

  • 100% Cancellation Charges, if cancelled within 7 days from the check-in date
  • 50% Cancellation charges, if cancelled within 10 days from the check-in date
  • 25% Cancellation charges, if cancelled within 15 days from the check-in date
  • 15% Cancellation charges, if cancelled in more than 15 days from the check-in date
