The 138th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) – Autumn 2025 edition – will be held at the Canton Fair Complex (Pazhou Complex) in Guangzhou, China. This major international trade event is divided into three phases, each focusing on specific product categories.

Exhibition Dates & Phases

  • Phase 1: October 15–19, 2025
  • Phase 2: October 23–27, 2025
  • Phase 3: October 31 – November 4, 2025

Each phase runs daily from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Day 01
Arrival in Guangzhou & Canton Fair

Upon arrival at Guangzhou Airport, complete immigration formalities and baggage claim. Meet our representative at the Arrival Hall (details will be shared three days prior to arrival) for your transfer to the hotel via AC Coach. Upon reaching the hotel, check in and take some time to freshen up or rest before proceeding to the Fair Complex by shuttle bus.  Please note that lunch will be at your own expense.

Spend the day exploring the 138th Canton Fair, where you can engage with exhibitors, discover new products, and network with industry professionals.

In the evening, return to the hotel via the shuttle bus service. Our tour guide will accompany you to dinner at Hilton.

Half Day Canton Fair visit & Half Day City Tour

Begin your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel, then proceed to the Fair Complex via the shuttle bus service. Spend the morning exploring the 138th Canton Fair, engaging with exhibitors, discovering new products, and networking with industry professionals. Please note that lunch will be on your own.

In the afternoon, you have the option to continue attending the Canton Fair or join a 3-hour guided city tour of Guangzhou, which includes a shopping tour (without food). If you prefer, you can explore the city's highlights and experience the local culture.

In the evening, return to the hotel via the shuttle bus service. Our tour guide will accompany the group to dinner at the Hilton. Afterward, return to the hotel for a restful overnight stay, preparing for the next day's activities.

Departure for India

Start your final day in Guangzhou with a leisurely breakfast at the hotel, enjoying a variety of delicious options to fuel your morning. After breakfast, take some time to pack your belongings and ensure that you have everything you need for your journey home. Once you are ready, proceed to the hotel reception to check out.

Drop to Airport as per Flight Timings
Our representative will assist you with your luggage and ensure a smooth transfer to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. The drive to the airport will allow you to take a last look at the city’s vibrant streets and reflect on the memorable experiences of your trip. Arrive at the airport in time for your flight, with ample time to complete all necessary check-in and security procedures.

  • Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.
  • Any additional meals that are not mentioned in the Inclusions column.

  • In case of non-availability of the mentioned hotels, similar kind/quality of hotels will be provided, which can change the above package cost. or shell be refund the amount.
  • 100 % advance shall have to be paid before departure.
  • The inclusion of extra bed / Person with a booking is facilitated with a mattress on the floor as an extra bed / person.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel .
  • Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in to the hotel and in that case hotel will not refund any money .
  • According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hotel.
  • The ID Proof can be Drivering License, Voters ID Card, Passport and Aadhar Card (Pan Card is not valid as ID Proof) .
  • Foreigners/NRI are requested to produce the Passport & valid Visa as Id proof on the time of check-in.
  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 07 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment or May Vary By Hotel Policy in which rooms are booked.

  • If you Need GST Invoice, Request you to share GSTIN details at the time of booking confirmation, also note once the invoice is generated no changes can be made in the invoice as we are in E-Invoicing.
  • Please note that if we have process any bookings without GSTIN Details of the company, we shall not liable for any kind of discrepancy for the Tax Invoices and all bookings will be treated as without GSTIN details only.
  • 100% Cancellation Charges, if cancelled within 7 days from the check-in date
  • 50% Cancellation charges, if cancelled within 10 days from the check-in date
  • 25% Cancellation charges, if cancelled within 15 days from the check-in date
  • 15% Cancellation charges, if cancelled in more than 15 days from the check-in date
  • Date amendment charges are applicable as per cancellation Policy above
  • During festivals or blackout dates, bookings are non-refundable, and any cancellation or refund will be in accordance with the hotel's policy.
