  • Guests must carry a valid photo ID (Aadhaar / Passport) for all travelers.
  • Room allocation will be on twin sharing basis; single supplement applicable if requested.
  • Rooms in remote areas (Pangong, Hanle) may have limited amenities and electricity (solar-powered).
  • Mobile network is limited to BSNL/Postpaid Jio in select areas.
  • No refund for unutilized services or itinerary changes caused by weather, political situations, or roadblocks.
  • Tour operator is not liable for loss/damage to personal belongings.
  • Rider participates at his/her own risk; organizers are not liable for health, injury, or high-altitude-related issues.
     

Motorbike Usage

  • Riders must carry a valid driving license (original & copy).
  • Helmet is mandatory; included in the package.
  • Any bike damage due to rider negligence is chargeable.
  • Fuel is included only as per itinerary route — extra rides are chargeable.

Travel Conditions

  • Umling La & Hanle routes are weather- and permit-dependent.
  • In case of route closure, alternate itinerary will be provided — no refund for missed sectors due to government or natural restrictions.

 

  • 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Balance to be paid at least 7 days before departure.
  • Payment accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway

  • 15–29 days prior: 25% charge
  • 7–14 days prior: 50% charge
  • Less than 7 days: 100% cancellation, no refund
