Arrival in Singapore

Upon arrival at Singapore Changi Airport, complete immigration formalities and meet our representative at the Singapore Expo Hall. Depending on your flight arrival time, there may be an opportunity to visit ITMA ASIA + CITME exhibition for a few hours in the afternoon. Later, transfer to the hotel via scheduled shuttle service, check in, and relax. Dinner will be served at an Indian or local restaurant.

Day 04
Transfer from Singapore to Guangzhou & Canton Fair

After breakfast, check out from the hotel in Singapore and transfer to the airport for your flight to Guangzhou (flight bookings to be arranged separately). Upon arrival at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, complete immigration formalities and baggage claim. Meet our representative at the Arrival Hall (details will be shared three days prior) and transfer to the hotel via AC coach or shuttle. Check in at the hotel and take some time to freshen up or rest before proceeding to the 138th Canton Fair Complex by shuttle bus.

Spend the day exploring the Canton Fair, engaging with exhibitors, discovering new products, and networking with industry professionals. Lunch will be at your own expense. In the evening, return to the hotel via shuttle, and our tour guide will accompany you to dinner at Hilton. End the day with a restful overnight stay, ready for the exciting journey ahead.

Drop to Airport as per Flight Timings

Arrive at the airport in time for your flight, with ample time to complete all necessary check-in and security procedures.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel .
  • Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in to the hotel and in that case hotel will not refund any money .
  • According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hotel.
  • The ID Proof can be Drivering License, Voters ID Card, Passport and Aadhar Card (Pan Card is not valid as ID Proof) .
  • Foreigners/NRI are requested to produce the Passport & valid Visa as Id proof on the time of check-in.
