Day 01
Arrival in Sydney | Orientation Tour | Indian Dinner

Arrive at Sydney International Airport. After immigration and baggage collection, meet our representative at the arrival hall. Proceed to your hotel via shuttle. Upon arrival, complete check-in formalities and unwind.

Later in the day, proceed for a short Orientation Tour of Sydney, covering key landmarks and giving you a glimpse of the city’s highlights to help you familiarise yourself with the surroundings.

In the evening, enjoy a delicious Indian dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel in Sydney.

Day 02
Sydney City Tour | Opera House & Cruise | Orientation Dinner

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a guided Sydney city tour covering major attractions like Bondi Beach, Harbour Bridge, The Rocks, and Darling Harbour with brief photo stops and sightseeing. Later, visit the iconic Sydney Opera House for an external tour and photo opportunities, followed by a scenic 90-minute Sydney Harbour Cruise offering spectacular views of the city skyline. After the cruise, return to the hotel to freshen up. In the evening, enjoy the Orientation Dinner with Indian cuisine, where you will meet fellow delegates and get an overview of the upcoming convention schedule. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05
Sydney Tour & Indian Dinner

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a full-day Sydney city tour covering some of the city’s most popular attractions. Visit the world-famous Blue Mountains for scenic views and photo stops at Echo Point and the iconic Three Sisters Rock Formation. Explore the charming town of Leura, known for its quaint shops and cafes. Later, visit Featherdale Wildlife Park, where you can see native Australian animals like kangaroos, koalas, and emus up close. On the way back, enjoy views of the Sydney Olympic Park, which hosted the 2000 Olympic Games. In the evening, return to the city and enjoy a delicious Indian dinner at a local restaurant. After dinner, transfer back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

  • 100 % advance shall have to be paid before departure.
  • The inclusion of extra bed / Person with a booking is facilitated with a mattress on the floor as an extra bed / person.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel .
  • Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in to the hotel and in that case hotel will not refund any money .
  • According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hotel.
  • The ID Proof can be Drivering License, Voters ID Card, Passport and Aadhar Card (Pan Card is not valid as ID Proof) .
  • Foreigners/NRI are requested to produce the Passport & valid Visa as Id proof on the time of check-in.
  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 07 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment or May Vary By Hotel Policy in which rooms are booked.

  • 100% Cancellation Charges, if cancelled within 7 days from the check-in date
  • 50% Cancellation charges, if cancelled within 10 days from the check-in date
  • 25% Cancellation charges, if cancelled within 15 days from the check-in date
  • 15% Cancellation charges, if cancelled in more than 15 days from the check-in date

  • During festivals or blackout dates, bookings are non-refundable, and any cancellation or refund will be in accordance with the hotel's policy.
