Certified copies of the biographical pages of the current passports or travel documents of all people included in the application (these are the pages with the holder's photo and personal details and the issue/expiry dates). Include copies of all pages that contain visas and stamps.
Note: your passport must have at least six months left before the expiry date.

Basic Requirements

COVERING LETTER

Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to the Embassy.

Aadhar and PAN card

If Employed
a) Personal ITR for last 3yrs
b) Salary Slips for 6 months or Appointment Letter and NOC from Employer
c) Personal Bank Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s stamp clearly

If Self Employed
a) Personal & Company ITR for last 3yrs
b) Personal & Company Bank Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s stamp clearly

Proof of Occupation
Self –Employed
a) Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
b) Articles of Memorandum (Incase the applicant is MD/Director)
c) Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm)
d) Import / Export License (if applicable)

Student
a) Leave Sanction Letter from school and School ID copy.
b) Parents have to provide ITR, Bank statement and NOC letter.

If you are retired

Evidence of your retirement - for example a letter from your employer. Date of retirement is required.

If applicant is a minor or travelling with anyone:
a) Birth Certificate (original and A4 sized copy)
b) Letter of School confirming current school admission and sanctioned leave of absence (original, no copy)
c) Consent Letter from both parents regarding child’s travel (original, no copy)
d) A4 sized copy of Parents’ Passports

Proof of Accommodation: Hotel confirmation

Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary

Travel Insurance: Overseas Medical Insurance for the stay duration amounting to 30,000 Euros to be submitted in original along with the photocopy

Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter (With Invitee person name, address ,Contact no. and Email Id)
