Basic Requirements
COVERING LETTER
Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to the Embassy.
If Employed
a) Personal ITR for last 3yrs
b) Three months salary slip
c) Personal Bank Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s stamp clearly
If Self Employed
a) Personal & Company ITR for last 3yrs
b) Personal & Company Bank Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s stamp clearly
Proof of Occupation
Self –Employed
a) Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
b) Articles of Memorandum (Incase the applicant is MD/Director)
c) Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm)
d) Import / Export License (if applicable)
Proof of Accommodation: Hotel confirmation
Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary
Travel Insurance: Overseas Medical Insurance for the stay duration amounting to 30,000 Euros to be submitted in original along with the photocopy
Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter (With Invitee person name, address ,Contact no. and Email Id)
Pan Card
Please upload colour scan copy of Pan Card. ( For Minors, Please upload Pan of parents/gaurdian.)
Photo
Please upload one coloured recent scan Photo.
Passport Scan
Please upload colour scan copy of the first and last page of your current passport which contains the photograph and the personal particular details. Passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the last intended date of departure from this country.
Documents required for Dubai Visa:
- Scanned colour copy of your pan card
- Scanned colour copy of the first and last page of your passport
- Passport should be valid for at least 6 months
- Scanned colour copy of your passport-size photograph taken against a white background
- Confirmed return air ticket (not mandatory for application)
- Travel bookings or hotel bookings.
