ABOUT VEHICLE:-

• We provide exclusive vehicle in our packages.
• Vehicle will change every day / Sector wise – as per the itinerary only. Vehicle will not be on Disposal basis
• For 02-03 pax including child we provide Non-a/c Hatchback /Similar.
• For 04-06 pax including child we provide Innova / Scorpio / Xylo.
• AC in luxury vehicle will only operate in plains & not in hills.
• During season time due to peak demand, Innova / Scorpio / Xylo can be provided as per availability only. In case of non-availability of the desired vehicle, we would provide any other vehicle.
• In case the numbers of heads are more than the mentioned maximum capacity in the Package or the guests are carrying excessive luggage, then the guest will have to take additional vehicle with an additional cost.

ABOUT TRANSFERS:-

• Transfer from Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station will be provided from 06:00 hrs. To 19:00 hrs.
• All hill destinations are within 3 to 5 hrs. Drive from either the station or the airport.
• We do not recommend traveling in the hills in inadequate day light.
• In unavoidable circumstances due to delay in arrival or any other unforeseen event, the guest may have to stay back at Siliguri. The additional costs in such cases shall be borne by the guests.
• If there is any early morning or late night arrival at NJP railway station, we suggest that the guests, considering their safety, should stay back at the station’s waiting room. Our representative will meet and provide their transfers at 6:00 a.m.
• Note: Renovation work is presently in progress at NJP Railway Station. Due to ongoing construction, some entry or exit gates may be temporarily closed or diverted. We kindly request guests to follow the available directions and use alternate exits wherever required.
• At times, the designated parking area may also change, and a short walk outside the station premises may be necessary to reach your allotted vehicle. In such situations, we request you to kindly coordinate with your assigned driver for a smooth pickup.
• We sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation and regret any inconvenience caused.
• Keeping in mind the road condition in the hilly region, the guest should decide upon themselves (with their train and flight timings) as to when they should start the departure transfer. We suggest to plan in such a way that the guest gets a buffer time of 2-3 hours at least.
• All transfers from Gangtok / Pelling / Darjeeling / Kalimpong to onward destinations will be provided either in the morning from 07:00 AM to 08:00 AM or in the afternoon from 02:00 PM to 03:00 PM.
• In case the guest is opting for Innova/Scorpio/Xylo inform the guest to travel with minimum baggage of one piece per person.  In case of excess baggage the guest will have to opt for an extra vehicle with extra cost for carrying the excess baggage.
• In case Innova/Scorpio/Xylo is booked on disposal it will be available strictly between 9 AM to 6 PM only within city limit and local use basis. Car on disposal rate will not be applicable on the day of inter-state city transfers Like Sikkim to West Bengal or vice versa. For any day excursion like Nathula / Chardham / Mirik / Yuksum car on disposal rate will not be applicable.

About Hotel:-

• In most of the hotels, the Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
• The tourism infrastructure in Sikkim & Darjeeling is not very developed and one should not expect or compare it with the standards of plains & other developed destinations. There is always a scarcity of water and power in the region and you may come across situation like water (hot) being supplied on limited time basis – morning & evening.
• Room Heater available with an extra cost has to be borne by the guest directly (Except at Elite & Premium categories)
• Category of Rooms in the packages normally remains to base category of rooms.
• A valid photo ID proof for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory (Passport / Driving License / Voter ID Card only accepted for Indians). 
• For Extra adult in the room we will provide a mattress / extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the hotels only provide extra mattress or roll away bed. Most of the hotels have no provision of an extra bed.
• We reserve the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising with any of the services.
• In the area almost all the hotels do not have a lift facility and in all the hotels the guest will have to climb stairs. In case if any guest is having problem of blood pressure, knee or other ailment for which they cannot climb the higher floors they will have to intimate us during the time of booking so that we can try to arrange rooms at the lowest possible floor of the hotel enabling the guest to climb the minimum number of stairs.

Child Policy:-

• Child below 5 yrs. is complimentary.
• CNB (Child No Bed) signifies Child 5 -10 yrs. without extra bed /rollaway mattress.
• CWB (Child with Bed) signifies Child 5 -10 yrs. with extra bed / rollaway mattress.
• Child above 10 yrs. will be treated as an extra adult with an extra bed / rollaway mattress sharing in same room.

Nathula Pass: (We can not give you any guarantee for nathulla pass but we will try)

• The Permission for Nathula Pass is completely subject to availability of permit & road condition. We cannot give you any guarantee for Nathula Pass but we will try.
• It can be done on the same day with Tsomgo Lake - Baba Mandir, except Monday. Only limited permits are issued by the Sikkim Tourism Department before 24 hrs. of tour (OR on the day of tour depends on road condition) to those travel agencies registered with Sikkim Tourism Department on Rotation basis. It is closed on Monday. we request you to send us a scanned copy of the original valid photo ID proof that each guest will be carrying during the trip, along with a recent passport-size photograph of each individual. This documentation is essential to initiate the permit process and ensure a hassle-free experience for the guests. Your timely cooperation in this regard will be highly appreciated. Normally organizing permit at the eleventh hour is not possible, minimum time required is 72 hours before the arrival to apply the permit with all documents. We will try our best, but in case of non-availability of permit, the tour will only be till New Baba Mandir. In case the permit is available one can opt for the trip with the supplement cost.
• As permit is mandatory and very limited number of permits are issued per day for visiting Nathula, Guests have to travel by any car whichever is available (like Xylo/Scorpio/Innova) as per permit issued. We cannot give any choice on Vehicle type. This is to inform you that in order to control and send more tourists to Nathula pass, the department of tourism after consulting with travel agents laid down the following rules :-
• The Indian Army allows visiting Nathula from 11:00AM to 12:30PM only. Guest have to start early from Gangtok. If guest makes delay in starting ex Gangtok we cannot guarantee the visit in spite of having confirmed permit.
• In high season limited permit will be issued by authorities. We will try to get the permit but if we will not get the permit then we will refund the supplement amount after end of the tour.
• Please note if Nathula pass permit not done due to weather conditions / Land slide / any other reason then we will refund the supplement amount after end of the tour.
• Also note that if Nathula Pass permit is issued and due to any other reason they can't visit Nathula Pass then we are unable to refund anything.
• In case of less than 6 people from one travel agent the Department generally clubs small numbers with another travel agent-s small number of tourists just for 4 km up and down before Nathula pass. Now in this case it might so happen that the guests might have to leave their vehicle and board some other vehicle with other guests or other guests may join them in their vehicle or for groups and multiple cars it might so happen that the guests who has paid for certain number of vehicles might have to accommodate in lesser number of vehicles as per the instruction of the Permit Office at Sarathang (04 kms before Nathula Pass). In that case no refund would be applicable.

General Information:

• Please inform your guest to maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advised by our executive.
• The tour executive reserves the rights to make changes or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or bandh, security reason etc.
• Kindly inform us if the guests are senior citizens or have health related issues (like arthritis, heart problems, COPD etc.) or any such matter which might need special arrangements. Some itineraries will not be suitable for them and we will suggest accordingly.
• The security concerns, driver's working hours etc. will be kept in mind while planning the tour and sightseeing. 
• We shall try to ensure that the sightseeing points do not fall on a closing day. Incase due to inevitable situation if the sightseeing falls on a closing day, it will have to be left out. Conducting that particular tour or sightseeing point the next day will be subject to time availability and itinerary.  Weather in the region is unpredictable. We have kept your sightseeing flexible related with nature.
• The region's prime tourist interest is in its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities available here cannot be matched with other developed destinations. 
• One must carry feather jacket & heavy woolens during winter; light woolens during summer; walking boots, rain proof jacket during monsoon.
• Advice guests to bring heavy woolens if traveling to Lachung / North Sikkim as this area is chilling cold throughout the year.
• Please try to carry torch, spare batteries, cold cream, personal medicines, umbrella & Sunglasses.
