Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel .
Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in to the hotel and in that case hotel will not refund any money .
According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hotel.
The ID Proof can be Drivering License, Voters ID Card, Passport and Aadhar Card (Pan Card is not valid as ID Proof) .
Foreigners/NRI are requested to produce the Passport & valid Visa as Id proof on the time of check-in.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
We do not accept any changes in plan within 07 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment or May Vary By Hotel Policy in which rooms are booked.

If you Need GST Invoice, Request you to share GSTIN details at the time of booking confirmation, also note once the invoice is generated no changes can be made in the invoice as we are in E-Invoicing.
Please note that if we have process any bookings without GSTIN Details of the company, we shall not liable for any kind of discrepancy for the Tax Invoices and all bookings will be treated as without GSTIN details only.
