The 139th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) – Spring 2026 edition – will be held at the Canton Fair Complex (Pazhou Complex) in Guangzhou, China. This major international trade event is divided into three phases, each focusing on specific product categories.

Day 01
Arrival in Hong Kong

Upon arrival at Hong Kong Airport, meet and greet the team and proceed to the hotel using scheduled shuttle transfers. After check-in, you can explore the nearby areas during your leisure time. Indian dinner will be arranged either at the hotel or at an Indian restaurant, followed by an overnight stay.

Hong Kong City Tour + Transfer to Foshan, China

After breakfast, check out and proceed for a half-day Hong Kong city tour covering Victoria Peak, Avenue of Stars, Clock Tower, and 1881 Heritage Building. Enjoy free time for lunch on your own. Later, move to the Shenzhen immigration checkpoint for border crossing. After completing formalities, meet the team and travel to Guangzhou by AC coach. Check in to the hotel and attend the orientation session over dinner, followed by an overnight stay.

Please note that shuttle seats are on a first-come, first-served basis, and all participants must report 10 minutes early.

Canton Fair Day 4 + City Tour

  • Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.

  • The inclusion of extra bed / Person with a booking is facilitated with a mattress on the floor as an extra bed / person.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel .
  • Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in to the hotel and in that case hotel will not refund any money .
  • According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hotel.
  • The ID Proof can be Drivering License, Voters ID Card, Passport and Aadhar Card (Pan Card is not valid as ID Proof) .
  • Foreigners/NRI are requested to produce the Passport & valid Visa as Id proof on the time of check-in.
  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 07 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment or May Vary By Hotel Policy in which rooms are booked.

  • Please note that if we have process any bookings without GSTIN Details of the company, we shall not liable for any kind of discrepancy for the Tax Invoices and all bookings will be treated as without GSTIN details only.
  • 100% Cancellation Charges, if cancelled within 7 days from the check-in date
  • 50% Cancellation charges, if cancelled within 10 days from the check-in date
  • 25% Cancellation charges, if cancelled within 15 days from the check-in date
  • 15% Cancellation charges, if cancelled in more than 15 days from the check-in date
  • Date amendment charges are applicable as per cancellation Policy above
  • During festivals or blackout dates, bookings are non-refundable, and any cancellation or refund will be in accordance with the hotel's policy.
