The 139th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) – Spring 2026 edition – will be held at the Canton Fair Complex (Pazhou Complex) in Guangzhou, China. This major international trade event is divided into three phases, each focusing on specific product categories.

Day 01
Arrival in Hong Kong

Arrival at Hong Kong Airport, meet and greet, and get transferred to hotel as per scheduled Shuttles from airport, check-into the hotel and explore the neighbourhood in the leisure time. Indian dinner is at hotel or restaurant. Overnight stay.

Hong Kong City Tour + Transfer to Foshan, China

Breakfast at hotel, and Check out the hotel to board the coach to proceed for half-day Hong Kong city tour including Victoria Peak, Avenue of Stars, Clock Tower, 1881 Heritage Building, Free lunch (on own) time, and later proceed to Shenzhen Immigration check point for border crossing. Later get picked up by Team to proceed to Guangzhou by AC coach, check-in to hotel and attend orientation session over dinner, overnight stay in Hotel.

Canton Fair Day 4 + City Tour

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the Canton Fair for a half-day and proceed to Guangzhou city tour covering Canton Tower photo stop, Six Banyan Trees Temple and Shamian Island. Later explore Beijing Road for local experiences or visit Local mall for China Markets shopping. Return to the hotel for Dinner and overnight stay.

Departure

  • Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.
  • Any additional meals that are not mentioned in the Inclusions column.

  • In case of non-availability of the mentioned hotels, similar kind/quality of hotels will be provided, which can change the above package cost. or shell be refund the amount.
  • 100 % advance shall have to be paid before departure.
  • The inclusion of extra bed / Person with a booking is facilitated with a mattress on the floor as an extra bed / person.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel .
  • Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in to the hotel and in that case hotel will not refund any money .
  • According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hotel.
  • The ID Proof can be Drivering License, Voters ID Card, Passport and Aadhar Card (Pan Card is not valid as ID Proof) .
  • Foreigners/NRI are requested to produce the Passport & valid Visa as Id proof on the time of check-in.
  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 07 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment or May Vary By Hotel Policy in which rooms are booked.

  • In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the Hotel policies.
  • If you Need GST Invoice, Request you to share GSTIN details at the time of booking confirmation, also note once the invoice is generated no changes can be made in the invoice as we are in E-Invoicing.
  • Please note that if we have process any bookings without GSTIN Details of the company, we shall not liable for any kind of discrepancy for the Tax Invoices and all bookings will be treated as without GSTIN details only.
  • 100% Cancellation Charges, if cancelled within 7 days from the check-in date
  • 50% Cancellation charges, if cancelled within 10 days from the check-in date
  • 25% Cancellation charges, if cancelled within 15 days from the check-in date
  • 15% Cancellation charges, if cancelled in more than 15 days from the check-in date
  • Date amendment charges are applicable as per cancellation Policy above
  • During festivals or blackout dates, bookings are non-refundable, and any cancellation or refund will be in accordance with the hotel's policy.
