• Please note that Tempo and Coaches are not permitted in Mall Road area in Nainital & for 24 Hrs. So Nainital Sightseeing near to Mall Road & ( Bhimtal, Nakhuchital) Not Be Possible By Tempo Traveller.

• In Nainital & Mussoorie Tempo Travelers or Coaches are not allowed for 24 hours in near Mall road area.
• Hence, we will not be able to cover Nainital local sightseeing & Mall road. 
• Bhimtal, Nakuchitaal sightseeing cover as per Hotel location.
• Tempo Traveller or Coach will drop the Passengers before 8 Kms approximately in Nainital.
• They will have to go from the dropping point to the Hotel by their own and cost for the same will have to be paid by the guest only.

IMP Noted For Nainital

• In Nainital Tempo Travelers or Coaches are not allowed for 24 hours in near Mall road area. Hence, we will not be able to cover Nainital local sightseeing & Mall road. Bhimtaal, Nakuchitaal sightseeing cover as per Hotel location. Tempo Traveler or Coach will drop the Passengers before 2 to 8 kms approximately in Nainital. They will have to go from the dropping point to the Hotel by their own and cost for the same will have to be paid by the guest only.
• Local Transportation Cost Inc  One Full Day ( 9 AM to 6 PM ) Nainital Local Sightseeing with Hotel Transfer By Non AC Tavera, Bolero OR Alto Cars & One Time Pickup & Drop Facility as per tempo location.
• Bolero / Tavera (7 Person) : 9500 Full Day ( Morning 9 to Evening 6 PM )
• If You Like To Confirm Nainital Local & Transfer then above rates are applicable : Kindly Update for this booking in minimum 7 days before check inn because local vehicle subject to availability.
• IMP Note -  If Your Guest Staying in Bhimtal, Naukuchiatal, Sattal, Bhowali, Khurpatal, Jeolikot mens out side of Nainital then Nainital Sightseeing not Possible by our Taxi Vehicle. ( So For Nainital Local Vehicle will Arrange By Own on Direct Payment Basis)

IMP NOTES FOR TEMPO TRAVELLER & BUS PICKUP:

• If Pickup From Delhi Airport Terminal 02 OR Terminal 03
• Driver will personally meet to Guest at Airport Gate & proceed to Centaur Hotel Parking (Approx.5 Km) by Airport shuttle Service. Then after transfer luggage to tempo & tour will start. Centaur Hotel Parking Charges Include in our given vehicle cost.
• If Guest Required Pickup From T2 OR T3 Airport Parking Only, Then Extra Parking Charges Driver will collect from the guest as per actual. So we request you please infirm to your guest in advance.

• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• All Prices are in Indian Rupees and valid for Indian National only.
• In case of non-availability of the mentioned hotels, similar kind/quality of hotels will be provided, which can change the above package cost. or shell be refund the amount.
• 100 % advance shall have to be paid before departure.
• The inclusion of extra bed / Person with a booking is facilitated with a mattress on the floor as an extra bed / person.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel .
• Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in to the hotel and in that case hotel will not refund any money .
• According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hotel.
• The ID Proof can be Drivering License, Voters ID Card, Passport and Aadhar Card (Pan Card is not valid as ID Proof) .
• Foreigners/NRI are requested to produce the Passport & valid Visa as Id proof on the time of check-in.
• Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
• In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
• We do not accept any changes in plan within 07 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
• The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment or May Vary By Hotel Policy in which rooms are booked.
