After your arrival at Bangkok Airport, you will be directly transferred to your hotel in Pattaya by a private vehicle. You should exit from Gate No. 3  Exit C and reach the pickup point outside the airport as per the given flight timings. The maximum waiting time will be 1.5 hours after flight touchdown. The luggage limitation per person is 1 handbag and 1 normal-sized trolley. In case you exceed the same, additional charges for a separate vehicle will be levied.

  • The inclusion of extra bed / Person with a booking is facilitated with a mattress on the floor as an extra bed / person.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel .
  • Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in to the hotel and in that case hotel will not refund any money .
  • According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hotel.
  • The ID Proof can be Drivering License, Voters ID Card, Passport and Aadhar Card (Pan Card is not valid as ID Proof) .
