Rann Utsav, the carnival of music, dance and folklore, offers an excellent opportunity to the tourists to indulge in leisure, pleasure, and merriment. This year, the festival of Rann Utsav is organized with the enlarged scale and scope from 1st Octoberr 2025 to 28th February 2026. Bhuj To White Rann Resort (Dhordo) - (85 KM / 02 Hr)

Check-in time: 12:30 PM Transfers from Bhuj to White Rann Resort Dhordo on fixed timings:

  • Arrival: Transfer from Bhuj to White Rann Resort, Dhordo with Complimentary refreshment (Approx. 81 km – 2 hrs by road)
  • 09.30 AM From Bhuj Railway Station/Bhuj Airport
  • Departure: 09.30 AM From White Rann Resort, Dhordo to Bhuj
  • Note: All transfers other than the stated above are on chargeable-basis and subject to availability.

  • In case of non-availability of the mentioned hotels, similar kind/quality of hotels will be provided, which can change the above package cost. or we shell refund the money.
  • 100 % advance shall have to be paid before departure out of which 50% has to be paid at the time of tour booking.
  • The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a mattress on the floor as an extra bed.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel .
  • Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in to the hotel and in that case hotel will not refund any money .
  • According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hotel.
  • The ID Proof can be Driving licence, Voters Card, Passport and Aadhar Card (Pan Card is not valid as ID Proof) .
  • Foreigners/NR requested to produce the passport & valid visa as Id proof on the time of check-in.
  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
  • The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

  • In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the Hotel policies
  • 100% cancellation charges, if cancelled in less than 7 days from the check-in date
  • 50% cancellation charges, if cancelled in less than 10 days from the check-in date
  • 25% cancellation charges, if cancelled in less than 15 days from the check-in date
  • 15% cancellation charges, if cancelled in more than 15 days from the check-in date
